Paid tickets carry a platform fee of 3.5% + C$0.75 per ticket. Free tickets have no platform fee. Taxes and payment processing are separate. Eligible ticket sales earn 0.5% in ad credits.

Can I create a free event?
Yes. Free tickets have no platform fee. Create your event and ticket tiers in the backroom.
Where do ticket payments go?
Connect your own Stripe account to accept paid ticket orders. Payments go to that account, subject to Stripe’s payout schedule and account requirements.
Do I have to buy marketing services?
No. You can use ticketing on its own. Managed ads and Creative Studio are separate services you can choose when needed.
